1. Acceptance and minimum age

By registering with AlineaDoc, the user declares that they are over 18 years of age and have legal capacity to contract. The service is aimed at users worldwide.

2. Description of the service

AlineaDoc offers a tool to compare two versions of a quote or a contract in PDF or Word, in the browser. It shows added, removed, modified, or moved text. There is a free tier with daily limits and an optional Premium plan.

3. Use of the service and liability

The user is solely responsible for the documents they open in the browser. AlineaDoc does not send those files to a third-party server for analysis and therefore assumes no liability for their content, legality or the accuracy of comparison results.

4. Subscription and commercial mailing

Upon registration, the user may opt in to receive commercial communications. At any time, the user may unsubscribe from these communications via the "Unsubscribe" link in the email itself or by contacting [email protected].

5. Disclaimer of warranties

AlineaDoc strives to show added, removed, modified or moved text accurately, but the service is provided "as is", without warranties that the result is infallible. Human review of detected changes is recommended before signing or approving.

6. Jurisdiction

For any dispute that may arise, the parties submit to the courts of the city of Barcelona, Spain, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
